Install on Windows

Prerequisites​

Prior to installation, please ensure that:

  • Your hardware and software meet the system requirements.
  • The installer for the current version of MyOffice software with the *.msi extension is located in a local folder on your computer, or the Microsoft Store application is installed and available for use on your computer.

During installation, the language of the application interface is defined by the regional format.

Installation and update from the software installer​

To install or update software on Windows from the software installer, do the following:

  1. Double-click to run the software installer.
  2. In the welcome window of the Setup Wizard, click Next.
  3. In the Destination Folder step, specify the folder where you want to install the software or leave the default folder selected, then click Next.
  4. At the Ready to setup window step, click Install.
  5. After installing all the software components, click Finish.

Installation and update from Microsoft Store​

An example of how to install software on Windows 10 is provided below.

To install or update software on Windows from Microsoft Store, do the following:

  1. In your web browser, go to Microsoft Store website: https://apps.microsoft.com. Microsoft Store homepage will open.
  2. At the top of the page, enter myoffice in the search bar and press Enter. A page with search results will open.
  3. In the search results, select the box labeled MyOffice Software. MyOffice software page will open.
  4. Click View in Store and confirm opening the link in the pop-up window if necessary. MyOffice software page will open in the Microsoft Store application.
  5. Click Get or, if you already have the software installed, click Update.

Verify successful installation​

The software is considered successfully installed if, as a result of its installation:

  • Shortcuts to all applications included in the software package are displayed on the user's desktop and in the Start menu.
  • The Start menu displays shortcuts to all applications included in the software package.
  • When you click the shortcuts to run the software, the corresponding applications from the suite are opened correctly without displaying any error messages.
