Password recovery

The function of self-password recovery by the user is configured by the administrator and is available only if the mail client is connected.
To recover a forgotten password:
- Click on the Forgot password? hyperlink in the start page of MyOffice.
- Enter your username.
- Click Restore.
The password recovery link will be automatically sent to your backup email address.

When the password is restored, the two-factor authentication setting will be reset. To enable the settings, contact your administrator.
