Open an object using a public link
A file opened by a public link can be viewed, downloaded, or printed. Audio and video files can be viewed, listened to, rewound, and downloaded.
In a folder opened by a public link, you can view all the attached files and folders, as well as download or print the attached documents.
Open the link in the browser. If the public link is password protected, a password entry window will appear on the screen. Enter your password and click Continue.
The object will automatically open for preview in the current browser tab.
File management in preview mode is performed using the buttons (Table):

 Print | Open the print in the window where you can select additional settings |

 Search | Open the search pane. The button is displayed when viewing text documents, spreadsheets, and presentations |
  | Display the previous or next object in the folder that has been accessed via a public link. The buttons are only available if there are several objects in the folder |
 Close | Exit preview mode |
  | Zoom out or zoom in on the document display |
