Change the name and comment

Change the name

1. Go to the version history of the file.
2. On the Sidebar, in the line with the desired version, click More.
3. Select Edit name and comment.
4. Enter a new version name and click OK.

The new version name will be displayed in the list on the Sidebar.

Edit a comment

There are two ways to edit a version comment:

• Click on the version menu button and select Edit name and comment to open an editing window.
• Click on the comment field to activate the cursor for text input.

The function of editing the name and comment is available only to the author of the version.
