Web page shortcut

You can create a shortcut for any web page in the application.

Create a shortcut​

  1. Use one of the following methods:
  • In the upper-left corner of the application, click Add.
  • Right-click on an empty field in the workspace.
  • Click Create in the workspace of an empty folder.
  1. In the menu, select Web page shortcut.
  2. Enter the link of the web page and the name of the shortcut in the respective fields.
  3. Click OK.

The created shortcut will be visible to users with access to the folder in which it is located.

Edit the shortcut name​

  1. Select Edit shortcut from the context menu.
  2. Make changes to the Name field and click OK.

Open a shortcut​

  • Click on the name of the shortcut.
  • Select Open in the context menu.
  • In the pane of the object's properties, click on the Open hyperlink.

The web page opens in a new browser tab.
