Change the password yourself

If you change your password yourself, the current sessions on all devices and in all browsers will be automatically terminated.

To change the password:

  1. Click on the avatar.
  2. Click Account to open the profile management page in a new browser tab.
  3. Go to the Settings tab and go to the hyperlink Change password. A window to enter a new password will open on the screen.
  4. Enter your old password in the field Old password, then enter the new password in the field New password and duplicate it in the field Confirm password.
  5. Click Save.

The password length and complexity requirements are the minimum number of digits, special characters, lowercase and uppercase letters, as well as the conditions for password reuse are set by the administrator.

List of allowed characters: [0-9], [a-z], [A-Z], [".", "-", "_", "!", "@", "#", "$", "%", "^", "&", "*", "(", ")"].

If the password does not meet the specified requirements, an error will appear.

As a result of the operation, the credentials will change. Wherever sessions have been started, a window will appear with a warning about the need to log in again. Click Log In and enter the new login information.
