Select cells

You can select ranges of cells, columns, and entire tables.

Select a range of cells with the mouse

1. Hover the cursor over the first cell of the range you want to select.
2. Hold down the left mouse button and drag the cursor to the last cell of the range.

Select a range of cells using the Shift key

1. Set the cursor in the first cell of the range.
2. Hold down Shift and left-click on the last cell of the range.
3. To adjust the selected range, hold down Shift and press the arrow keys.

Select the entire column

1. Move the cursor to the top border of the table above the desired column until it changes to a down arrow .
2. Click the left mouse button.

Select the entire table

1. Move the cursor over the table. A square will appear in its top-left corner.
2. Click the square .
