Version history

In the Version history section, you can view all previous versions of the current file and edit comments for the versions you created.

To open version history, select Version history from the Menu.

Edit a version's name and comment

1. Locate the desired version in the list.
2. Use one of the following methods:

• Click the menu icon next to the version and select Edit name and comment.
• Click the comment field directly to start editing.

You can only edit versions you authored. The version name can only be changed via its menu.
