Customize document view

You can adjust the workspace zoom and the page display mode on the screen.

Quickly change the zoom level​

To quickly change the zoom level, use the tools at the bottom of the window and on the View tab:

Fit to width.

Zoom in (Ctrl+= or Cmd+=).

Zoom out (Ctrl+- or Cmd+-).

You can also:

  • Set the zoom to 100% by pressing Ctrl+0 (Cmd+0).
  • Change the zoom by dragging the round marker ● along the scale.

Select a preset zoom level​

  1. Click the arrow to the right of the current zoom value.
  2. Select the desired zoom percentage from the menu.

Set the exact zoom value​

  1. Click the field with the current zoom value.
  2. Enter a new percentage value.
  3. Press Enter.

Change the page display mode​

  1. Click on the arrow to the right of the current zoom value.
  2. From the menu, select One page, Two pages, or Multiple pages.
