Customize text rotation, word wrap

You can set up text rotation and word wrapping in cells.

The Text rotation and Wrap text tools are located on the Home tab, in the Alignment group. The Text rotation button displays a quick application option.

Quickly apply text rotation​

  1. Select the desired cells, row, or column.
  2. Click the Text rotation button.

Set the text rotation angle​

  1. Select the desired cells, row, or column.
  2. Click the arrow next to the Text rotation button.
  3. Select the desired rotation angle from the menu.

Enable or disable word wrap​

  1. Select the cells, row, or column.
  2. Click the Word wrap button.
