Hide zero values

You can hide zero values when working with sheets containing many zeros. Hidden zeros are only displayed in the formula bar and are not printed. Hiding zeros applies to individual sheets.

Hide or show zero values on a sheet​

  1. Right-click the sheet tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. In the context menu, select Hide zero values or Display zero values.
