Switch layout

You can perform the following actions with text in a document:

  • Switch the keyboard layout of the text if you forgot to switch the input language and started typing.
  • Transliterate text from Cyrillic to Latin. Example: привет → privet.
  • Change the text case (uppercase ↔ lowercase letters). Example: HeLLO → hEllo.

Switch the keyboard layout of text​

  1. Select the text.
  2. On the Extensions tab, click the Switch layout button.

Transliterate text from Cyrillic to Latin​

  1. Select the text in Russian.
  2. On the Extensions tab, click the arrow under the Switch layout button and select Transliterate.

Change the text case​

  1. Select the text.
  2. On the Extensions tab, click the arrow under the Switch layout button and select Change case.
