Main navigation page

After authorization, the main navigation page opens with the following elements:

  • MyOffice Ecosystem logo

Clicking on it opens the page of the MyOffice website with the product line.

  • MyOffice application shortcuts

Additional applications can also be added by the administrator.

  • MyFiles application widget

A list of recent files that the user has worked with is displayed.

  • Hyperlinks to the privacy policy, product terms of use, and software information.
  •  Help button

The Help button is used to get additional information and feedback.

  • Avatar

User initials or photos are displayed on the avatar. When clicked, a window opens with brief information about the user, a button to go to the user's profile, and a button to log out of the account.

Notification of updatesTo read the notification, follow the hyperlink to the release notes or click the button But_Close_WDoc to close the notification
Notification of interface language changesWhile working in the application, the user or the administrator can change the language of the system interface. Refresh the page for the changes to take effect
Password expiration warningThe warning display time is set by the administrator. Click on the hyperlink in the warning text to change the password.  Or click the buttonBut_Close_WDoc to close the warning
