Properties of the document uploaded to the whiteboard in its entirety and in a collapsed form:

Select a document​

To select a file, click on it. A frame will appear.

Resize the file​

To resize the file, do the following:

  1. Select the file.
  2. Hold down the left mouse button and move the corner marker or any face of the object so that it takes the desired size.
  3. Release the left mouse button to fix the new size of the object.

The collapsed file has a fixed size that cannot be changed.

Block a file​

To block a file, use one of the following methods:

  • Click and select Block.
  • Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+L (Windows) or ⌘Cmd+⇧Shift+L (macOS).

When a document is blocked, only the option to highlight it remains.

To unlock a file, use the same methods.

To copy a link to a document, use one of the following methods:

  • Click and select Share link to object.
  • Open the context menu with the right mouse button and select Share link to object.
  • Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+L (Windows) or ⌘Cmd+L (macOS).

Delete a file​

To delete a file from the whiteboard, use one of the following methods:

  • Click and select Delete.

  • Open the context menu and select Delete.

  • Press the Deletekey.
